Interests within
Amateur Radio: Strictly CW on HF bands 80, 40, 30,
20, 17,15,12, and 10 meters. Enjoy fox hunting. Exjoy
DX via CW and increasing my country total for DXCC
purposes. Currently ARRL credits me with 204 countries
CW. I have confirmed 219 at present.
Other Interests and
Hobbies: Writing fiction, involved with church
duties, do a little woodworking (making musical
jewelry boxes), Revolutionary War soldier ancestral
lineage research--Member of SAR (Sons of American
Revolution)

DX is an excellent activity because political and
religious differences between us and foreign countries
are not an issue. All radio amateurs share a common
bond that unites them regardless of background and can
go a long way in developing friendly relations between
foreign countries.
